Refund policy

Giclee Prints Policy: If product is damaged from shipping please reach out to the studio directly, with photos of damage. Refunds, replacements or returns are on a case by case basis. Prints can scuff or scratch, please handle prints gently when matting or framing. Prints are shipped in a sturdy shipping tube and are wrapped with acid free tissue paper to protect them while in transport.
